We will discuss your leasing/renting needs in full detail. When it comes to leasing, it can be very difficult to find a home for lease in this market. Some listings may be scams and/or false advertisements. It can be sometimes difficult to reach listing agents, property managements and/or the owners that are renting out the property. This is where Jamella comes in and takes all that stress of finding that rental home for you. I will find the best rental home that is properly advertised under the MLS and Georgia Real Estate Commission guideline. I will negotiate your rental agreement and hold property managements, listing agents, and/or property owners accountable during your leasing process. $350 retainer fee is required for the process. ( The retainer fee goes towards the service that will be provided to get you into your rental home and your application fees).
